Easter weekend Ian went Bear hunting and my friend and her daughter came to visit so we all had a great time!
Started off with coloring Easter Eggs, poor #3 missed out because he needed a nap! Easter morning lineup...ready to go.
Sidetracked on the first candy. I guess it looked good enough!
Gunner had it down, searching as fast as he could.
Cooper still in the same spot.
He finally moved a few feet, and gathered a few more, but still didn't understand why we made him put down the candy in his hand to get more. It was good enough for him!
The Easter Bunny got clever again and sent them on a hunt for their Baskets.
Easter dinner at Grandparents house, showing off the bunny droplets.
Playing with the bubble guns the Easter Bunny brought.
For some reason Cooper got it in his head that if he is outside he had to have his helmet on. I guess it is a good thing, it has probably saved his forehead from a few goose eggs.

Ward Easter Party
We had a pancake breakfast then a Walk with Christ Picture Scavenger hunt, then a fun egg hunt on the lawn. We invited some neighbor friends to join us. The rain even held out for a few minutes.

Gunner's Big 5!
For weeks maybe even months Gunner knew EXACTLY what he wanted to do for his birthday. 5 is a fun birthday! This was his plan: Cereal for breakfast, his favorite noodles for lunch (ramen) and pizza for dinner. (all centered on food) He also wanted to go bowling with the family and Grandpa and Grandma. We thought...easy to please! Well, the night before his birthday, he informed me that he had changed his mind, and that he now wanted to go to Disneyland! What do you say to that?
The next day...off to bowling we went! Then home for presents and cake.
Gunner also knew EXACTLY what he wanted for a cake too. I think he was happy with his Lego Batman cake! He better be! It was my first time really working with fondant, and it took for..ev..er! But it was pretty fun too!
We love you G-Man!
