Las Vegas

We got to go pick Ian up at the airport in Las Vegas, so we decided to make a day of it. The last time we were in Vegas it was on our Honeymoon, I have been there a million times, but it was only Ian's second time. (besides just being at the airport) We took the kids, and my mom, and brother Colten and his wife Megan came. We also met my Dad who was at a meeting there that morning. Of course the day we planned to be there it was one of the hottest days so far. I think it was 113! Yeah, it was hot! We picked Ian up, then had to go to In-n-Out for lunch. Then we went to Bass Pro Shop while we waited for my dad. It's kind of like a Cabelas with all the stuffed animals. Ian was pretty excited because this was at the front door. For those of you who haven't heard, he pulled out his once in a lifetime hunt for Big horn sheep, so he thinks he is going to have one of these hanging in our house. Then we drove to Excalibur and then walked over to NYNY so Ian and I, and Colten and Megan could ride the roller coaster. We were going to walk down to the M&M Factory, but it was just too darn hot, even though the wind had started to blow. So we loaded up and drove down to Circus Circus, because Ian has never been there, and it has been a long time for me. We went into the Adventure Dome, and Gunner had fallen asleep, so Malia got to ride a bunch of rides. Until we woke Gunner up so he could have some fun too. I think we can take our kids to Disneyland because they absolutely loved the rides!!

And Cooper just went along so good with everything. He is such a good little guy!!
