I am a little behind with updating. We went to the Pumpkin patch last week. It was another nice day, a little chilly, again it wasn't raining!
We got to ride a boat out to the pumpkin patch.
Then we got to pick a pumpkin, (we just decided to buy ours at Winco--much cheaper!)
Then we watched the horse rides, and played in the hay maze.
Then we rode the train back.
Ian said why did we go to the pumpkin patch if we didn't even buy a pumpkin there? It was for the whole experience and we had fun!

How fun! We went to what was supposed to be a pumpkin patch this week with some other moms in our ward and found pretty much a dead field, and no pumpkins left. The ones that were there were all shriveled up like prunes. The kids were all very disappointed. There wasn't anything else to do there either. We ended up buying an apple & some fresh apple cider which was yummy. We told the kids we'd have to go to the grocery store to get a pumpkin. It looks like you had a fun time, and look at the fun pictures you got. Are you sure you have a baby in your tummy? It sure doesn't look like it. When do you find out what you're having?
We bought our big pumpkin at WinCo this year too, but we still went to the pumpkin patch and got a little one- you're right, it's for the experience. The kids love it and so do we!
