Update

Here is a little update on the kids, I wish I could/would do this more often.

Here is our little ball of fire. Cooper is almost 22 months now. This was taken just a few days before he chewed up all his binkies and started climbing out of his crib all within 2 days, and a few days after he started undressing himself ALL the time.

We had 5 tiring days/nights of trying to go cold turkey with the binkies. (It never took that long with the other two) Then combine that with trying to get him to stay in his crib without injuring himself too much getting out, we finally broke down and bought some more binkies, but only for night time now. We also bought a crib tent, which we both agree is the Best invention!

He now wears a onesie all the time, which has so far prevented any of the diaper problems, and he is now back to sleeping 12 hours at night with a 2-3 hour nap. With all his energy during the day, mom needs this :)
Even with all the trouble he gets into, by far my worst at getting into things, we sure do love him. He really is a happy little guy who absolutely adores his Yiyah! (Malia), and always has to know where Nunny (Gunner) is. He is getting to be very vocal lately and is good about telling you what he wants with a big shake of the head when you figure it out. He is still very much a Daddy's boy and he LOVES to be scared. Some of his cutest words he says right now is "ooohh scary" and "hide, hide" But he loves doing the scaring more than anything, and has the "Rraarrhh" to back it up!

(I can't get the video to upload right now, so I will post it later.)

Gunner is almost 5 and what we call our little "street" smart boy. He is so quick to pick up on figuring out how to do things and how things work, and really is a good helper. He still loves to help me anytime in the kitchen, or with pretty much anything I ask of him. He is really enjoying preschool right now. He is our little hoarder too. If I am working on something and there are any scraps of paper, he wants them! He will spend hours just cutting, taping or glueing pieces of paper into his creations. Consequently, there is always pieces of paper all over the house.

Here are his costumes he made for their Thanksgiving Feast at preschool.

This is only picture he let me take at his Preschool Christmas program where he was a shepherd. He does not like to be the center of attention around people he does not know. He sang really cute, but that was about all he could take. I couldn't even get him or Cooper to sit on Santa's knee.

Malia is our little "book" smart child. She is in 1st grade and loves school, especially Math and Reading. She has already received both the Math and Reading Student of the month for 1st grade. She is part of a math "challenge" group in her class, which her teacher tells them, they are working on things the 2nd graders haven't even started with! I can not keep her in books either. She has found a series she really loves. She reads 100+ page books in 1 day. The librarian thought it was funny she checked out 18 books one time, (but she HAD to read all of them, and she did!)

Here she is at her school Winter Program.

This fall we changed rooms around and put the boys together in the big room, and Malia finally got her own room. We had a lot of fun picking out colors and decorating it. We still have a few things to put up, but it's mostly done. She loves that she has her own space now to be where the boys won't bother her!

She is still such a good big sister and loves playing with her little brothers.
