Better late than never I guess. The week before Halloween the Hillsboro airport had an open house. The kids got to dress up and we got to get some freebies and see the airplanes. (In case you don't know Scooby Doo, Malia is Daphne.)
Here are the little posers.
They got to paint pumpkins.

Gunner was so excited to be there, he loved just watching the airplanes take off and land.

All Malia wanted to do was get her face painted, so we stood in line for 15 minutes waiting. 
Then Hillsboro Police got there with their K-9s. The one officer just loved Malia's hair and wanted to get a picture with her by him, so he came and led her over, even though she was a little weary. Gunner just loved the dog!
Then last they got to go play in the big inflatable airplane.

I love how Malia's little leg is kicked up with attitude. TOO CUTE! :)
Cute pictures! Austin would have been in heaven just like Gunner. He LOVE airplanes and fire trucks! Malia is brave to go by that dog! Its about as big as she is!
That cracks me up that she was Daphne-how perfect!! Too bad Gunner wouldn't be fred or shaggy...that would have been too fitting-how fun!!
That looked so fun. I am ready for another vacation to Oregon. And where did you find that orange wig?
The kids look GREAT! How fun to be able to enjoy the festivities at the airport. It looks like there was plenty to keep you all entertained. How FUN!
